Sometimes life can be so crowded and you feel like you have no energy for the ton of stuff you have to do and start to panic on everything. Well, it's happening with me sometimes too, especially before exam week. That's the time when you should TAKE A BREAK. Just stop for a day and don't do anything just relax and enjoy yourself. Watch movies, take a hot bath, read a book and when you are calm enough you can start to think about the solutions for your problems. You are capabel of anything and there is nothing in this world that you can't do, always keep it in your mind!
